We have an extensive experience of 15 years in conducting internationally recognized Nada Yoga, 200, 300 & 500 hour residential yoga teacher training certification courses registered with Yoga Alliance. We put a lot of emphasis on the traditional style of Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Nada Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing. These Courses aims at the functional and fundamental understanding of yoga – meditational practices to enhance the experiential exposure of the participants.

My body is no longer flexible – can I still learn yoga?

Yes! Flexibility is not an impediment to learning yoga. Our patient and empathetic teachers will work with you to make you flexible and fit.

It is highly recommended that students have basic knowledge of yoga. You can take up a course at a local school to get attuned to yoga terminology and basic asanas. This will enable you to pick up the more rigorous asanas of RYT 200 and the other activities of daily schedule comfortably.

Yoga has varied styles, each having its own significance. Practicing many styles will give you a more holistic view of how and what you’d like to teach. We have incorporated Hatha, Ashtanga, Nada, Kundalini Yoga, and Sound Healing.

Students who pass the course by attending all the classes and completing homework receive certificates and can start teaching. Applying for Yoga Alliance certification is recommended.

Absolutely. Although these courses are for yoga teacher training, they cover deeper asanas and meditation levels.

Yes. All Nada Yoga courses are Yoga Alliance accredited at the 200-hour and 500-hour level. We are RYS200 and RYS500.

Yes, Nada Yoga has an excellent international reputation. Your Yoga Alliance USA registration is recognized worldwide.

The certification you receive allows you to apply for Yoga Alliance USA. It’s not mandatory but improves teaching opportunities.

At Nada Yoga School in Rishikesh, the course fee includes comfortable accommodation, three freshly prepared vegetarian meals with herbal tea, complete yoga training in asanas, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, along with course materials, Wi-Fi access, weekend excursions around Rishikesh as scheduled, and a Yoga Alliance certification upon successful completion. Airfare, airport transfers, and personal expenses are not included in the fee.

At Nada Yoga School in Rishikesh, we keep our class sizes small to ensure personal attention and a supportive learning environment. Each batch usually has 22 to 25 students, allowing our teachers to guide every student closely throughout the training. For this reason, guests who are not enrolled in the course are not permitted to stay or join classes. Students who wish to arrive a few days early or extend their stay after the course may do so depending on room availability. Additional nights are subject to extra charges and should be requested in advance to ensure accommodation. As of now, we have never cancelled a course, but in the rare case that Nada Yoga School postpones or cancels a course, students will be notified immediately. You will have the option to transfer your booking to a future course date without any additional cost or request a full refund of your deposit or payment. We always strive to avoid cancellations, but in case of unforeseen circumstances, we ensure transparent communication and flexible solutions for all enrolled students.

If you are unable to join the course due to a medical emergency or injury, we generally do not offer direct refunds, as per our cancellation policy. However, upon providing valid medical documentation, you may be eligible to transfer your booking to a future course date without any additional charge. This allows you to recover fully and still complete your training at a later time.
